I created this blog so that I could post all my delicious whole food vegan recipes. I try to only use natural ingredients, as mother nature provided. That means no processing whatsoever. I even try not use oils, even coconut and olive. This doesn't mean they aren't healthy or that you shouldn't use them, however, I prefer all my food to be whole. (Oils are pressed from the food.) I also try not to consume juices (except lemon). I do eat dried fruits sometimes, but I like to keep those to a minimum and drink a lot of water when I do have them. Finally, I like to make sure each of my ingredients have a health benefit.
I am in no means saying this is the way anyone else should eat, or that this is the ONLY way to be healthy. This is just what makes sense to me. Everyone should do what they want, though. Enjoy your food and your life!
That is very important. Always stay positive and happy! If you mess up, in your diet, work, or even just life, don't beat yourself up over it. Just breathe.
Think: Does it really matter? I don't think anything matters enough to ruin your day. Everyone should always be happy. Nothing should take your happiness away from you, because what matters more than that?
